I bought these shoes because they looked a lot like a much more expensive pair i saw at Nordstroms; that my husband would have been very distressed if i had spent that much money.

The shoes are much cuter in person, the materials used look expensive but are not real leather, so for us cow-free product users they are perfect.

Draw backs: there is no arch support at all, the soles are hard, and the shoes do dig a tad at the heel. these problems are not unexpected, for the price i was not expecting a great deal. for about 5 bucks i bought inserts...problem solved and i have an awesome pair of flats that i get tons of complements on.

I'd buy them again in a heartbeat and recommend them along with the inserts to anyone.
